4.(in)visible

This film shows my vision of the four layers of the (In)visible membrane: already existing skin bacteria, a communication layer, a slime mould and plants, and how theoretically this clothing could transmute into different forms, colours and functions related to environmental changes.
I have chosen the bacteria medium to visualise body consciousness, the communication film shown with a texture to reach body balance.

The slime mould because it is the perfect and as far as I know only existing natural organism which can adapt in a flexible way to environmental changes. I think that we can learn from it. The last layer plants/flowers to give a body aesthetic, a visibility of for instance climate changes and a vision of new living material properties.
